Ace is humming.

Ace is humming off key and softly enough that she probably can't be heard from too far away, in a distracted fashion that suggests that she doesn't consciously realize she is humming, which is too bad, because if she did, she'd stop. Ray's been working up in his room today, a lot, which is why he hasn't been seen. One can only do that for so long before getting screwdrivered out, so he's come down into the main bar for dinner. ...and Pip is finally starting to get the hang of them. He's skating around the bar with practiced ease, dodging waitrats, ducking under tables, and weaving between patrons.

Mind your toes.

The cats are back, and have somehow acquired a card table. They've got it set up near the front door, and are seated behind it looking expectantly at everyone who passes by.

A hand-lettered sign taped to the front edge of the table reads:

JOIN TEH PIP FAN KLUB
ASK US HOW!

There's a small cat zipping across the Bar at remarkable speed, screaming at the top of his lungs.

"HaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaalp!"

Somebody got a pair of LOLlerskates for Christmas.
